– First Sunday of each month from 2:00-5:00 PM, year-round, weather permitting.

The location is at the Monroe Plaza Shopping Center:
1600 Skyway Dr., Monroe, NC
– That’s the SE corner of the intersection of US 601 and US 74. Food and beverages are close by.
